Joseph C. Winkler
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Winkler joined Complete (NYSE: CPX) in June 2005 as our President and Chief Executive Officer and was named Chairman in March 2007. From March 2005 until June 2005, Mr. Winkler served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of National Oilwell Varco, Inc. From May of 2003 until March 2005 he served as Varco International, Inc.’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Winkler served in various other capacities with Varco and its predecessors including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from April 1996 until May 2003. From 1993 to April 1996, Mr. Winkler served as the Chief Financial Officer of D.O.S., Ltd., a privately held provider of solids control equipment and services and coil tubing equipment to the oil and gas industry, which was acquired by Varco in April 1996. Prior to joining D.O.S., Ltd., he was Chief Financial Officer of Baker Hughes INTEQ, and served in a similar role for various companies owned by Baker Hughes Incorporated including Eastman/Teleco and Milpark Drilling Fluids. Mr. Winkler received a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University. Mr. Winkler is also a Board member of Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association and Dresser-Rand (NYSE: DRC) and serves on the Dean’s Planning and Advisory Committee at LSU.
Brian K. Moore
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Moore has been with Complete and our predecessor companies since April 2004. He has served as our President and Chief Operating Officer since March 2007. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Moore served as President of our IPS Division. From January 2001 through April 2004, Mr. Moore served as General Manager – Oilfield Services, U.S. Land Central Region, at Schlumberger Ltd., an international oilfield and information services company. From July 1999 to January 2001, Mr. Moore served as Pressure Pumping Manager for Schlumberger’s Eastern Region. Prior to joining Schlumberger, through its merger with Camco International, Mr. Moore was with Camco for 15 years where he served in various management and engineering positions, including General Manager – Coiled Tubing Operations. Mr. Moore began his career in the oilfield service industry in 1980.
Jose A. Bayardo
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bayardo has been with Complete and our predecessor companies since April 2003 and has served as Chief Financial Officer since October 2008. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Bayardo served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, beginning in March 2007. Since joining Complete, Mr. Bayardo has served in both corporate development and operations roles. From April 2006 to January 2007 he served as Vice President of our IPS Division’s Rocky Mountain and Mid Continent operations. From April 2003 to April 2006 he served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Complete and one of our predecessor Companies. Prior to joining Complete, Mr. Bayardo was an investment banker with JPMorgan where he led the firm’s energy technology investment banking efforts. During his time in investment banking, Mr. Bayardo completed a wide variety of transactions including divestitures, acquisitions, strategic advisory, public debt and equity financings, and private placements. Mr. Bayardo received a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
James F. Maroney, III.
Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel
Mr. Maroney has served as our Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel since October 2005. Prior to joining Complete, Mr. Maroney served as Counsel to National Oilwell Varco, Inc. From May 2000 until March 2005, he served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Varco International, Inc. Prior to that time, Mr. Maroney served as Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Tuboscope, Inc., Varco’s predecessor. Mr. Maroney received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas, School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
Kenneth L. Nibling
Vice President, Human Resources and Administration
Mr. Nibling has served as our Vice President, Human Resources and Administration since October 2005. He served as Vice President, Human Resources of National Oilwell Varco, Inc. from March 2005 to August 2005 and was Varco International and Tuboscope, Inc.’s Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for fourteen years. From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Nibling was Director of Human Resources for Union Texas Petroleum, an international exploration and production company. Mr. Nibling received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
Dewayne Williams
Vice President, Accounting and Controller
Mr. Williams has served as the Company’s Assistant Controller since September 2005. From August 2004 until September 2005, Mr. Williams served as the Financial Reporting Manager with Core Laboratories N.V., a publicly held oilfield service company, and from December 1999 to August 2004 he served as the SEC Reporting Manager of NATCO Group Inc., a publicly held oil service company. Prior to December 1999, Mr. Williams’ experience included Financial Reporting and Accounting Manager with Enron Corp, and service as an Audit Senior with Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P and with Arthur Andersen, L.L.P. Mr. Williams is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ronald L. Boyd
President, Mid-Continent and Rockies Divisions
Mr. Boyd has served as President of our Mid-Continent Division since October 2004 and began overseeing the Rockies Division in 2009. Mr. Boyd joined the Hamm Group of Companies in 1988 where he served as President until the group was acquired by Complete Energy Services, a predecessor to Complete, in October 2004. From 1982 to 1988, he served as Vice President for MB Oilfield Services, an oilfield services company. He received his drilling fluid engineer certification and was Regional Engineer Supervisor for Milchem, Inc., a drilling fluids company until 1982. Mr. Boyd began his career in western Oklahoma in 1973 working on drilling rigs.
Jeffrey Kaufmann
President, Texas Division
Mr. Kaufmann joined Complete in November 2007 and currently serves as President of the Texas Division. Prior to joining Complete, Mr. Kaufmann gained more than 26 years of oilfield experience with BJ Services Company and its predecessors. From April 1995 to August 2007 Mr. Kaufmann served as Region Operations Manager for BJ Services and had responsibilities for Rocky Mountain, West Coast and Alaska Operations. From 1980 to April 1995 he progressed through several operational and management positions with The Western Company, which was acquired by BJ Services Company in 1995. His roles within the Western Company included Vice President of Operations – Midwestern Division, District Manager and Operations supervisor.
Bryan Suprenant
President, IPS Division
Mr. Suprenant has been with Complete and our predecessor companies since December 2004, and has served as President of our IPS Division’s U.S., Canada and Mexico Services since March 2007. Prior to joining Complete and its predecessors, Mr. Suprenant was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Coiled Tubing Operations of Precision Tube Technology and SeaCAT. Mr. Suprenant joined Precision Tube Technology in 1998 as Vice President of Sales for Downhole Products. Prior to joining Precision Tube, Mr. Suprenant was Manager of International Coiled Tubing Operations for Camco International and previously worked with Schlumberger Ltd, (Dowell Schlumberger) in both engineering and operations management positions in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Pakistan, Thailand, Philippines, Bangladesh, West Malaysia, and East Malaysia. Mr. Suprenant received a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Health Engineering from Montana State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Health from Illinois State University.
David J. Nightingale
President, IE Miller Division
Mr. Nightingale has served as President of our IE Miller Division since April 2008. Mr. Nightingale joined Complete in 2005 and was responsible for running the Company’s Hyland Enterprises operations until his appointment to his current role. Prior to Hyland, he ran his own consulting business and held executive and management positions with Duke Energy, Nicor, Occidental Petroleum, and Midcon Corporation. Mr. Nightingale received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston and obtained a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University. David is a past chairman of the American Gas Association’s Pipeline Committee and a member of several other civic and professional organizations.
Ronny Ortowski
President, Pumpco Division
Ronny Ortowski previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations for our Pumpco Division. Prior to joining Complete, Mr. Ortowski founded Pumpco and has spent over 30 years in the pressure pumping industry.
Mark A. Songer
President, Appalachian Division
Mark Songer previously served as President of our Pumpco Division since January 2008. Prior to joining Complete, Mr. Songer spent 26 years with BJ Services Company in various management, engineering and operational positions. From November 1996 to January 2008, he served as Regional Manager of Operations for the Northeastern U.S. and was based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. From March 1992 to November 1996 he served as Region Manager, West Coast-Alaska operations. Mr. Songer received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor of Science in the Institute of Technology and Management from Arkansas State University.
