Our local expertise and relationships with customers help us identify organic growth prospects. We employ a thorough capital planning process that, while controlled at the corporate level, allows us to work closely with basin managers to assess opportunities and new equipment needs.
Complete’s acquisitions have allowed us to enter new markets, provide additional services, acquire key technologies and better serve our customers. When considering new acquisitions, we employ a rigorous screening process to ensure the company will be a good match. We have also developed a comprehensive post-acquisition strategy that helps ensure the business is smoothly integrated into our operational structure.
